In accordance with BBL Operating Rules, the BBL Disciplinary Panel reviewed an incident that occurred at the above fixture. Its findings were as follows:
- The Surrey Scorchers club were fined for a breach of BBL Operating Rules.
- The Surrey Scorchers GM, Dan Clark, was fined and required to take training in relation to a breach of the BBL’s Code of Conduct.
In accordance with Company Policy, the level of the fines are not disclosed.
